Starved Rock Park
Experience the fun of outdoor adventure at Starved Rock State Park. You can enjoy hiking year-round along the nature trails or viewing the many spectacular overlooks along the Illinois River. Weber House
The Weber House is a storybook Tudor cottage which sits in an English garden of meandering paths, foxglove, hollyhocks and old oaks. Inside, cozy candlelit rooms reflect the 18th century.
La Salle Speedway
Stock car racing every Saturday night, April through September.

EVENTS
Pipe Dreams
Visitors will be treated to the remarkable sounds of several different pipe organs as they attend three separate concerts at Streator churches.
Heritage Days Celebration in the Streator City Park
Sponsored annually by the Streatorland Historical Society, the outdoor festival includes a carnival, flea market, vendors, food and a parade.
Roamer Cruise Night and Car Show
The largest cruise night in downstate Illinois, featuring over 400 cars and 18,000 spectators in the downtown business district. On display is a 1917 Roamer, originally built in Streator.
Art on the Prairie Fine Arts & Wine Tasting Festival
Festival includes juried art displays, demonstrations, music, wine tasting booth and food vendors.
Cross Country Skiing and Snowmobiling
Because of our proximity to Starved Rock, Matthiessen, and other state parks, visitors are often looking to cross country ski or to go snowmobiling. Our Streator hotel will help you relax after a full day of activities and get you rested and ready to go out again!
